In the main campaign, the dlc expansions and the sheer volume of options available in creating and playing campaigns with friends. It's made by Tactical Adventures, who are a small French studio and whilst there is some jank here and there and some bugs too, they do work to quickly patch them and the PC experience has been excellent. The story, world and character creation and voice acting are fun even with some quirks due to budget and the core gameplay is solid. Given the crown came from elven mages I put it on the mage. So back off rules lawyers, some of the changes are necessary and acceptable! ) This is probably the best interpretation I've seen in a video game so far. Overall, there's not much to complain here. ![]() It has decent (if forgettable) music and mostly tolerable voice acting, although a few lines definitely sound like they were voiced by one of the devs. The game works using a slightly modified version D&D 5e ruleset and uses the open source SRD as a base, with the Devs and the community designing original sub classes. It has a detailed, fairly large world with varied environments, decent animations and nice particle effects. Played this game a LOT on Steam and if you like tactical turn based RPGs in the vein of Divinity Original Sin, tabletop RPGs generally or D&D 5e specifically, you'll like this game. ![]()
